I don't understand how I missed this - a fic of my favourite pairing and chock-a-block full of classical music references. As always, your Erestor is absolutely lovely. I adore Glorfindel, but Erestor will always be my widdle baby. I haven't read a fic where Erestor was also an original inhabitant of Gondolin, personally - I think this is a severe oversight, given this fic. Come on, how much more poignant does this make Glorfindel's death and subsequent return? The ending is lovely and very delicately done. Well done!
