Piqué, Cesc and Messi, all members of the famous Masia "Class of 87", had only played 23 minutes together for the first team this season before the most recent Champions League match in the Czech Republic. But on Tuesday, the players finally shared the field for 90 minutes and their telepathic understanding with each other was a joy to behold. Messi and Cesc exchanged 40 passes in total: 17 from Messi to Cesc and 23 going the other way.

This has nothing to do with what you wrote there.

But-but... I just read that apparently Villa and Messi kind of hate each other and don't celebrate the goals like before and that villa is a little pissed of because they don't pass him the ball and that Guardiola lets Messi always shoot the penaltis, and such.

BTW, nobody believes the article. But I have to admit that most fans don't like to hear criticism, so.

~le shrug~ I mean, Messi flat out refuted it. as did Victor. so I wouldn't worry too much. that rumor came from a Valencia newspaper, so there's a certain bias (OMG WHY DON'T YOU HELP VILLA MORE etc in addition to "we don't like Barça") at work.

all this with the grain of salt that I don't think "Messilla" is particularly legit either. it's fun to think about, but they're teammates, that's all. I wouldn't ever expect them to hang out together outside of work.
