www.friendlyhostility.com is (duh) Friendly Hostility, the adventures of Collin and Fox, an asexual atheist with aspirations to dictatorship and a nymphomaniac, who are college room-mates and very much in love. It's the cutest damn thing ever, so go read it NOW, bitches.
http://boymeetsboy.keenspot.com/ is Boy Meets Boy, the prequel to Friendly Hostility. Um, it's finished, but Sandra wrote pretty much a comic a day for several years, so don't start reading unless you have about a week to kill. Like, say, Christmas break. ~evil grin~

www.sakura-crisis.net is probably the biggest site out there. I highly recommend Love Mode, Casino Lily is beautifully drawn, and I'm told Yami no Matsuei and Count Cain are both very good (haven't gotten around to reading them yet). their downloads are all in .zip format, so they're very easy to access.
blah, i don't feel like finding any more right now, and those'll keep you busy for a while. maybe I'll dig up the rest later. peace out!
