this one is sort of cheating but it really is spelled with a P in my music library!

2. Parentheses, The Blow
this song has been stuck in my head a lot lately. it's cute!

3. Planetarium, Ai Otsuka
I, um, totally downloaded the soundtrack to Hana Yori Dango just to get this song. so. pretty.

4. Phenomena, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
it drives me crazy that nobody seems to recognize that "phenomena" is plural, as in, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A PHENOMENA, and yet I like the song.

5. Poker Face, Lady Gaga
oh man. no shame, AT ALL. I love this song in a passionate, totally unironic way. SHUT UP IT'S AWESOME.

kicking it old school style! literally. this song is an anthem of angsty high school students everywhere.

Eee! Lady Gaga is a guilty pleasure of mine. Her songs are like a disease. I am very fond of the male covers by Daughtry and roflwafflelova though.xD
