I have done no homework, but I'm finished with springkink!

...I probably shouldn't be celebrating that. whatever.

three times makes a series!

this is maybe an odd question, but does anyone else sort of assign fandoms to artists/albums? I've been doing that with Carbon Leaf lately. For me, Echo Echo and the second half of Indian Summer are Firefly all the way - One Prairie Outpost is Mal as far as I'm concerned - and Love Loss Hope Repeat is Supernatural. Some of Vienna Teng's songs do make me think of Firefly, and occasionally Nickel Creek as well, but mostly it's Carbon Leaf. (I have yet to find a fandom angry enough to merit a Dresden Dolls soundtrack.) I think it might just be that Carbon Leaf is pretty much the only group I like with a male vocalist; I usually end up liking girl singers better, and all of my fandoms are male-driven, so I can't very well have a girl-soundtrack. I'd like to come up with a fandom that fits Poe, though. She's incredible, and if I could just come up with a good fit I'd write some fic to her. Meh.
