meretriculaTV makes me really happy these days. Especially Bones and House.
anybody out there who shouldn't be spoiled? anybody? oh good, because I'm not lj-cutting.
so. Bones. that high-pitched squealing noise that has dogs twitching all around the Boston area? that would be my reaction to the Christmas episode. they really might get together! like, this season! I am so unbearably excited. and Booth's kid is so damn adorable. he's cunning! he uses his childish cuteness for evil and deceives kindly police officers! that's my kind of kid.
I'm not sure how I feel about Sweets becoming a main character. I miss Stephen Fry! but at the same time, my slasher instincts are crying out for someone to pair Zach with, especially since the cinematography keeps sort of panning over the two "couples" and then suggestively sticking Zach and Cam in the same frame. Cam bothers me less now than when she first came on board, but... no. just no. I do feel that Sweets and Zach would be an interesting pairing - not necessarily a good one, and certainly not an OTP, but fun to explore. I still sort of miss the first-season tension between Zach and Hodgins, before Hodgins and Angela hooked up (not that I am complaining! Hodgins and Angela are adorable!), and Zach deserves some sex that doesn't come from that bitch Naomi in Paleontology. ~cuddles Zach possessively~
and then there's House. oh, House. shall I just recap by repeating my favorite lines from the last few episodes?
HOUSE: So I should keep her around because she makes me an idiot?
WILSON: Why not? You're protected; Foreman seems immune.
HOUSE: Do you think he's gay?
WILSON: Did he turn into an idiot around Chase?
first off, the idea of House turning into a complete idiot because of a woman amuses me immensely. that he went running straight to Wilson for help amuses me even more. but what makes me just full of glee is the fact that Wilson mocked him mercilessly for it. (I also really, really love that they're so blase about Chase being ridiculously pretty.)
also, can we just think about this line for a minute?
HOUSE (to the minions): I have a mission for you. Fetch me... the Thong of Cuddy.
and then they do! this show is insane!
finally, House told Wilson that he loved him. CANONICAL THE END.
